Our Real Estate team is looking to hire a Plot Sales Assistant. If you have experience managing new build plot sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The role involves:

  • Managing your own caseload of plot sales matters for renowned house builder clients
  • Handling all aspects of plot sales transactions from reservation through to completion
  • Assisting with site set up and preparing plot sales documentation
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers and associated legal documents
  • Liaising with developer clients, purchasers' solicitors, agents and lenders throughout transactions
  • Managing part-exchange transactions where required

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who is organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload with confidence
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Ideally a CILEX qualification or equivalent conveyancing experience
  • Previous experience of new build plot sales
  • The ability to manage a volume caseload efficiently and accurately
  • Strong communication and client care skills

The role is based in Leeds with the ability to work from home 2 days per week (after a successful period of induction).
