We have exciting opportunities for Maintenance Surveyors to join our teams in North London. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, you’ll be responsible for pre- and post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards. You’ll undertake building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and associated risks, carry out major void inspections, and ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs with recommendations based on survey findings.
Qualifications
It is essential that you have a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and are a member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB.

- Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to meet cost, time, and quality standards.
- Conduct building and technical surveys to determine condition and identify defects and risks.
- Carry out major void inspections and ensure work aligns with KPIs; make recommendations based on survey findings.
- Engage with customers, leaseholders, and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare pre/post-inspection reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.
- Travel across the region as required.
