We are looking for three dedicated Safeguarding Officers to join our growing Safeguarding & Vulnerability Team and play a vital role in protecting some of the most vulnerable people we serve.
Reporting to the Safeguarding Lead and working closely with the Head of Vulnerability, you will help ensure that safeguarding concerns are managed effectively, recorded accurately and progressed in line with statutory requirements, organisational policy and best practice.
This is a key role within our safeguarding function, providing oversight of safeguarding case management, maintaining the organisation's Safeguarding Register and supporting robust governance, audit and reporting processes. You will work collaboratively with operational teams, partner agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure safeguarding risks are identified, monitored and acted upon appropriately.
We're looking for individuals who combine strong organisational skills with a genuine commitment to resident safety and wellbeing. You'll be confident managing sensitive information, maintaining accurate records and analysing data to support effective decision-making and assurance reporting.
What you'll bring:
Experience of safeguarding, vulnerability, housing, social care or a related environment.
Excellent attention to detail and strong case management skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high-quality records.
Confidence working with data, reporting systems and audit processes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The London pay scale will only apply to people who live within the M25. If you live outside the M25, your salary will be based on your location and aligned to a different pay scale as detailed above.
