We're looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and long-term strategy of a diverse property portfolio. You'll ensure properties are well maintained, compliant and financially viable, while delivering a high standard of customer service to leaseholders and clients.
You'll prepare and communicate budgets, oversee annual maintenance programmes and ensure service charge accounts are delivered accurately and on time. You'll also support the handover of new schemes from clients and lead the appointment and retention of suitable, competent contractors and consultants where required. Regular inspections across the residential portfolio will be an important part of the role, typically every eight weeks or in line with agreed client management arrangements.
To be successful, you'll hold a relevant professional qualification, such as TPI or RICS, alongside excellent communication and influencing skills. You'll be confident managing complex services and communicating effectively with customers, with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations and produce clear, professional reports.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Godalming. Access to a vehicle is required. Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
