Do you want to make a difference to safety and wellbeing in the largest Housing Association in the country?
We\’re looking for an experienced Safety & Wellbeing professional to join the team to help support the safety and wellbeing of our 4,000 colleagues and their workplaces.
This extremely wide-ranging role needs someone who is confident, able to empathise and communicate effectively with a variety of people, and who can use their strong time management skills to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
We put a huge emphasis on the safety and wellbeing of our people at Clarion, and as one of our dedicated Safety and Wellbeing Officers, you will provide safety and wellbeing advice and ensure compliance, author and deliver training, investigate accidents and incidents, and organise internal communication campaigns on health, safety and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and understanding of UK Health & Safety Legislation, including experience of practical application in the workplace and a track record of providing safety & wellbeing support and advice. You\’ll also have a recognised DSE assessor qualification with proven experience of conducting ergonomic DSE and workstation assessments, a Mental Health First Aid qualification, and experience of facilitating and providing virtual and face-to-face-training.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Bromley. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least two days per month with quarterly travel to Stevenage.
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required for meetings, site visits and training.
