We are looking for a Caretaking Supervisor who can lead a team of caretakers ensuring high standards of cleaning, safety and security on Clarion estates in the South West which includes Plymouth, Newton Abbot, Exeter and Bristol. Not only will you lead, manage, guide, support and motivate the team to deliver a high-quality service; you will also provide the caretaking service to your own estates and provide cover for the team as required.

You will ensure that clear and agreed work plans and objectives are in place to deliver good customer service and fulfil the wider business objectives. Monitor standard of work performance, undertake monthly team meetings, and complete 1-1's and performance reviews. Working in partnership with the housing team, you will also be required to complete monthly inspections of blocks and estates and grade the standard of the work in line with Clarion's service standards and develop action plans to improve standards where required.

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence as you will be provided with a company van for work use only. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance. You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
