This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes Awards 2025. We are seeking a Community Caretaker to join our Neighbourhoods team in Bristol.
With experience of caretaking and cleaning, you will also be responsible for reporting repairs and removing bulk waste items from communal areas on the estates. You will need to enjoy working with people as you will be a visible representative for Clarion in the neighbourhood and have experience of caretaking and cleaning, being responsible for the cleanliness, safety and security of our residents.
You will be required to drive around sites across Bristol; so the ability to travel is crucial.

Although based at Bush Court, applicants may need to cover other estates in the Bristol area.
