We are on the lookout for customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officers to join us at our Leatherhead office. You will be allocated a neighbourhood in our Surrey Region where you will focus on working with the local community. From time to time, you will support the wider team in delivering services across Surrey. You will be working collaboratively with our residents and external agencies to ensure that our estates are kept clean and safe and any improvements are identified, planned and delivered.
Ensuring vulnerable customers are supported and that any anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Leatherhead. Candidates will be expected to attend the office in Leatherhead for meetings and training on a regular basis. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required as you will be covering patches in Surrey; therefore, access to a vehicle is required.
