Salary: London - £37,854 - £47,319 per annum, pro rata National - £34,869 - £43,586 per annum, pro rata

Hours: 36 hours per week

We have TWO exciting new opportunities for Alternative Dispute Officers to join our Legal Disrepair team based in Manchester or London.

Reporting to the Alternative Dispute Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex legal disrepair disputes from receipt through to resolution, applying Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) principles, investigation, negotiation and evidence-based decision making to achieve fair, proportionate and cost-effective outcomes.

This role supports a resolution-focused culture that improves customer experience, increases choice and delivers better outcomes for residents while minimising unnecessary escalation to formal legal proceedings.

We are looking for candidates with experience in mediation, dispute resolution, complaint handling and complex case management. Responsibilities include preparing witness statements, collating evidence, trial preparation and attending or representing the organisation at court hearings when required.
