As a trusted subject matter expert, the Fire Safety Officer delivers clear, evidence-based assurance to the business. It also contributes to the development of future fire safety systems and standards, helping to strengthen capability across the organisation. It plays an important part in ensuring the organisation meets its legal, moral, and financial responsibilities. The role also supports compliance with fire and building safety legislation and helps manage risk across a complex property portfolio.
