This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes Awards 2025. Due to expansion of the team, we have 3 brand new positions available for customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officers to join us in the team covering Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex and Berkshire regions.
You will be working collaboratively with our residents and external agencies to ensure that our estates are kept clean and safe and any improvements are identified, planned and delivered. Ensuring vulnerable customers are supported and that any anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented. Working proactively to be a visible presence on our estates ensuring residents sustain successful tenancies by providing guidance, early intervention, and practical solutions to tenancy-related matters.

This is a Hybrid role requiring you to be out visiting residents and working on our estates. These roles will be based at one of our three regional offices: Burns House, Hayward Heath; County Gate, Maidstone; Carlton House, Leatherhead. Whilst your time will predominantly be spent out visiting residents and estates, regular travel to offices is expected. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required and therefore access to a vehicle is essential.
This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance. You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
