Your work will help reduce arrears and maximise income collection, allowing residents to feel secure and supported in their homes.

You'll undertake tenant home visits to engage with customers, review individual circumstances, and provide appropriate advice and support. You'll take ownership of the entire income and arrears process, utilising the latest technology and the Microsoft Dynamics platform to create a seamless, customer-focused experience.

In this role, your compassionate communication skills will shine as you guide customers through their queries with clarity and understanding. Your ability to empathise and connect with others will be essential as you help them through challenging situations.

With experience in customer account management, ideally within social housing, you'll be prepared to handle various situations, including preparing court documentation when needed and negotiating positive outcomes under pressure.
