Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plasterer who has skills in Groundworks and other trades to join our team. We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering North London and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of your specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

If you're a reliable, experienced Plasterer with skills in Groundworks and other trades and can provide good customer care, we want to hear from you.

As an operative working in the London Region, you'll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.

You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
