Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Caterham, East Grinstead and surrounding areas. You will report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and be responsible for inspections and repair planning.
The role requires a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and membership of a professional body such as RICS or CIOB; travel across the region is expected. The post is permanent with 36 hours per week.
