This is a brand-new role in Kent reporting into the Neighbourhood Response Manager. You will be supporting the coordination of stock hand back activity by working with internal teams and external stakeholders (including MHS Homes, legal team, Clarion Response and Neighbourhood Response Team) to ensure the timely and compliant transfer of approximately 100 units into Clarion management.
Other duties will include reviewing tenancy agreements to identify opportunities to introduce or amend service chargeable elements, ensuring we are compliant with legal frameworks and enabling cost recovery for services delivered to our residents.
