We're currently recruiting a Contract Surveyor to join our national team managing mechanical and electrical assets across the organisation. You'll take day-to-day responsibility for specific asset streams relating to water hygiene, ensuring services are delivered safely and in line with legal and contractual requirements.

You'll act as the key link between internal teams and contractors, ensuring reactive repairs are completed, compliance standards are met, and service levels remain high. The role involves managing contracts, monitoring performance, and working with the Operations Manager to find solutions, liaise with specialists, and drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have experience coordinating or managing M&E or heating contractors, with proven contract management skills. You will hold membership of CIOB, CIBSE, or CIPS, and/or a Level 3 or higher technical or built environment qualification, such as water hygiene (P901) & Asbestos (P405).

Desirable experience includes service delivery in social housing, understanding operational compliance for M&E or heating assets, and an HND or HNC in a relevant discipline.

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
