You'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive information that meets regulatory standards and reflects our commitment to accurate, consistent, customer-focused communication. Alongside this, you'll support the wider communications team to keep processes running smoothly. With proven experience producing resident or customer-facing publications that improve understanding and engagement, you'll also bring strong copywriting skills, the ability to simplify complex information, and a solid grasp of accessibility and inclusion standards. Confidence coordinating content from multiple stakeholders, managing external suppliers and delivering high-quality outputs on time and within budget, all while ensuring GDPR compliance, is vital. You'll use feedback and performance data to refine and improve communications, and you'll have experience across both print management and digital channels.
