Join us and support our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customers.
You\'ll work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and improve our existing Finance & Operations system.
Engaging with customers regularly and publicising new features introduced in each release, along with ensuring change is managed safely by following our change & release process and just part of this vital role. You\'ll also help design and implement new solutions with guidance from the technical leads and solution architects, monitor day-to-day running of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations estate, and identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer support calls, acting as the 3rd line of support, and determining the impact and priority for incidents reported.
A working knowledge with hand on experience of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations / D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management is crucial, along with a working knowledge of business processes within Finance & Operations, for example purchase ledger, general ledger and workflow.
If you have excellent analytical, problem solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills and certification as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, or equivalent hands on technical experience, then we want to hear from you now!
