This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes Awards 2025.
We have a rare and exciting position available for a customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join us in the Kent team covering, but not limited to, the Tonbridge & Malling area. You'll be working collaboratively with our residents and external agencies to ensure that our estates are kept clean and safe and any improvements are identified, planned and delivered. Ensuring vulnerable customers are supported and that any anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented.
This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Maidstone. Candidates will be expected to carry out shadow visits and attend the office when required as part of the training and induction process. You will also be required to attend the office at least one day per month for meetings. Applicants must be able to travel across the Kent region as required so access to own vehicle is essential. Occasional travel across the South region may be required as and when needed.
