We’re looking for an Employer & Partnerships Officer to join our Jobs and Training Team at Clarion Futures, working from our warehouse-style office space in vibrant Camden. You’ll identify, secure and implement sustainable employment and training opportunities for Clarion residents and customers, with a strong focus on working with Clarion contractors and supply chain partners to deliver against social value commitments.
By developing long-term employer partnerships across our supply chain and wider labour market, you’ll help ensure social value pledges translate into real employment, work experience and training outcomes. You’ll work closely with the Clarion Futures Social Value team to ensure opportunities are shared with Employment Support Officers and promoted across their caseloads. You’ll also carry out regular account management activity to build and maintain a strong portfolio of high-quality, innovative strategic partnerships, particularly within growth and priority labour market sectors.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and expertise in the Employment & Training sector, as well as experience in sourcing vacancies and opportunities through employers and key stakeholders. You’ll need experience in building long-term business relationships in an account management environment with the ability to research and understand emerging trends in the employment and training sector.
With excellent communication skills, both oral and written, you’ll be able to work with a wide variety of audiences and adapt to the changing needs of customers and the service in a changing economic landscape.

This is a national role, and applicants must therefore have the ability to travel across regions as required. This is a hybrid role with a base location at our Greater London House office.
