We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering the North & North East London region. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs
- Consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders
- Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards
- Undertaking building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks
- Carrying out major void inspections and ensuring that work is completed in line with KPIs and making recommendations based on survey findings
It is essential that you have a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and are a member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB.
