Clarion Housing Group in Medway, Kent is recruiting a Support Officer to join our Younger People’s service on a permanent full-time basis. You will empower the people we support to lead active and fulfilling lives, evidencing understanding of issues facing Young People and supporting them to develop confidence and independence.
You will use a person-centred and therapeutic approach to help young people overcome challenges, creating programmes to gain the help and skills they need to participate.
