Role Overview

We’re currently recruiting a Contract Surveyor to join our national team managing mechanical and electrical assets across the organisation specifically in the property services water hygiene team and primarily focused on water Risk Assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Take day-to-day responsibility for the specific asset streams relating to water hygiene ensuring services are delivered safely and in line with legal and contractual requirements.
- Act as the key link between internal teams and water hygiene contractors, ensuring reactive repairs are completed, compliance standards are met, and service levels remain high.
- Manage contracts, monitor performance, and work with the Operations Manager to find solutions, liaise with specialists, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating or managing M&E or heating contractors, with proven contract management skills.
- Membership of CIOB, CIBSE, or CIPS, and/or a Level 3 or higher technical or built environment qualification, such as water hygiene (P901), Electrical (L2,L3, AM2) or Asbestos (P405).
Desirable Experience
- Service delivery in social housing.
- Understanding operational compliance for M&E or heating assets.
- An HND or HNC in a relevant discipline.

- Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
