Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades in to join our team!!! We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering the South London region. If you’re a reliable, experienced trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring and can provide good customer care we want to hear from you. - Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist and secondary trades.
- Ensuring works are carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliable, experienced trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring and can provide good customer care.

- Ensuring works are carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
- You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.

As an operative working in the London Region, you’ll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
