Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime.

Location: Orpington, Bromley, Penge.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Contract type: Permanent.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Roofer who has skills in other trades to join our team! We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Orpington, Bromley, Penge and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
  • Ensure the works are carried out efficiently and completed within required deadlines.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only).
  • Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
  • Eligible to work in the UK; Clarion will not offer visa sponsorship.
  • Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
