Trade Operative (Multi Trade Operative)

Salary

£34,359 - £42,759 per annum plus £125 monthly London Allowance, use of van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Islington & Highbury, London.

40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality maintenance and service to properties across Islington, Highbury and surrounding North London.
  • Carry out responsive repairs, void works and property motor inspections.
  • Perform work in specialist trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen & bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring, plus any secondary trades as required.
  • Complete all tasks efficiently and within required deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen & bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and other relevant trades.
  • Valid UK driving licence – a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to reside in England or Wales during employment.
  • Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance will be required.
