£34,359 - £42,759 per annum plus £125 monthly London Allowance, use of van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality maintenance and service to properties across Islington, Highbury and surrounding North London.
- Carry out responsive repairs, void works and property motor inspections.
- Perform work in specialist trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen & bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring, plus any secondary trades as required.
- Complete all tasks efficiently and within required deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen & bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and other relevant trades.
- Valid UK driving licence – a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to reside in England or Wales during employment.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance will be required.
