Position Summary
Salary: £34,359 – £42,759, plus a £125 monthly London Allowance. Location: South London. Hours: 40 hours per week. Contract: Permanent.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first‑class service to properties across South London and surrounding areas.
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs.
- Perform plumbing, flooring, glazing and other specialist trades, as well as secondary trades when required.
- Complete all work efficiently and within required deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experienced carpenter with proven skills in plumbing, flooring, and glazing.
- Strong customer‑care orientation.
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use).
- Eligible to work in the UK; residing in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
