With over 30 years of experience, Grange Property Management is a trusted name in commercial, residential, and retirement property management, managing more than 7,100 properties across 200+ developments throughout London and the Southeast. We’re looking for a Head of Residential to lead a team of Property Managers and Coordinators. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality services across our residential portfolio while driving performance, compliance, and value for money.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing financial performance.
- Ensuring excellent customer service.
- Managing repairs, insurance claims, and statutory obligations.
- Supporting and developing the team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and customer focus.
- Contributing to business growth through tenders, budget setting and mobilisation of new developments.
- Providing clear reporting, managing complex issues and supporting business planning.
Qualifications: Hold a relevant professional qualification (IRPM, RICS) and have strong leadership experience. Should have experience in private residential property management, a strategic approach to leadership, good systems knowledge and ability to manage property mobilisation.
Working conditions: Hybrid working with flexible arrangements. Primarily based at our Eishing office with attendance expected three to four times per month; travel is essential. Applicants must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
