About the Role

Do you have an acute attention to detail, a strong investigatory nature towards processing and reporting duties, and are commercially astute? If you’re ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for! Sitting as a member of the Development Planning and Forecasting team and reporting to the Head of Development Planning & Forecasting, you will demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be self-motivated, able to understand existing processes, and recommend improvements. Strong project management skills are essential to ensure effective management of the Contractor review process and other work streams.

Excellent communication skills are required to work with a wide variety of stakeholders, both financial and non-financial. With strong Excel skills, especially in modelling and creating user-friendly reports and tools, and experience in an accounting/finance environment, you will assist in delivering key work streams in a timely manner:

  • Manage contractor exposure work stream, including main contractor reviews
  • Produce pipeline graphs
  • Monitor starts and handovers
  • Produce the Net Development Spend report
