Reporting to the Neighbourhood Response Manager, the Project Officer will support coordination of the stock hand‑back activity.
Responsibilities include:
- Co‑ordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders (MHS Homes, legal team, Clarion Response, Neighbourhood Response Team) to ensure timely and compliant transfer of approximately 100 units into Clarion management.
- Reviewing tenancy agreements to identify opportunities to introduce or amend service‑chargeable elements.
- Ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and enabling cost recovery for services delivered to residents.
Required for the role:
- Eligible to work in the UK and resident in England or Wales.
- Background check: Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
Candidate will work from one of the specified office locations and attend visits at least once a month; occasional travel may be required.
