Location: Hybrid – either Haywards Heath, Maidstone or Leatherhead office.

Contract: Fixed‑term 12 months.

Salary: £32,870 – £33,734 per annum.

Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered.

Reporting to the Neighbourhood Response Manager, the Project Officer will support coordination of the stock hand‑back activity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Co‑ordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders (MHS Homes, legal team, Clarion Response, Neighbourhood Response Team) to ensure timely and compliant transfer of approximately 100 units into Clarion management.
  • Reviewing tenancy agreements to identify opportunities to introduce or amend service‑chargeable elements.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and enabling cost recovery for services delivered to residents.

Required for the role:

  • Eligible to work in the UK and resident in England or Wales.
  • Background check: Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.

Candidate will work from one of the specified office locations and attend visits at least once a month; occasional travel may be required.
