Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Sustainment Officer in a hybrid role based at our Plymouth office, with visits across the Southwest to Bristol, Exeter, Mid Devon, South Gloucestershire, South Hams, South Somerset and Teignbridge.
You will work with individuals and families to help them stay in their homes, prevent eviction and promote long-term stability, coordinating with internal teams and external support agencies.
