Salary: London - £27,706.00 - £34,644.00 / Norwich - £25,178.00 – 31,472.00 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: 12-month Secondment / Fixed term contract

Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? We’re recruiting an Asset Condition Assistant to join our dedicated team in London or Norwich. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Asset Condition Specialist with the delivery of our stock condition programme. You’ll help coordinate survey schedules, gather accurate data, and produce insightful reports using our Asset Management database.

You’ll also collaborate with contractors and consultants to ensure data is captured and structured correctly, respond to queries from residents in relation to stock condition, and contribute to project teams to help improve the department’s overall performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, making this a great opportunity for anyone looking to pursue a career in property or property maintenance.

With hybrid working, base locations across England and flexible working arrangements this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for! This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Norwich or London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week. Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
