Salary: £34,869 - £43,586 per annum plus the potential to earn up to 35% commission.
Hours: 36 per week, including weekends (with days off in lieu).

Responsibilities
- Sell Shared Ownership homes across residential developments in Bristol and the South West from first enquiry through to completion.
- Serve as the primary contact for buyers, guiding them through their purchasing journey.
- Promote homes and services, including those offered by partner mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Negotiate sales to secure the best outcomes for the business while consistently delivering a high level of customer service.
- Achieve high volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes.
Qualifications
- Experience in property sales with an understanding of Shared Ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, personable approach.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence working with external partners such as solicitors, agents, and financial advisers.
- Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Regular travel across the region to sites and external venues.
