Job Description:
Weβre seeking a Multi Trade Operative with experience across multiple trades to join our team. You will provide first-class service to properties in Rugby, Coventry, Northampton, and surrounding areas.
The role involves carrying out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs related to your trades and secondary trades. Work should be completed efficiently within deadlines.
Skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring, and roofing are required, along with good customer care skills. A valid UK driving license is necessary, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use.
Additional Information:
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance required.
- Reside in England or Wales and be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
