Job Description:
We’re seeking a Multi Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our complex works and disrepair team in South London. The role involves delivering high-quality maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs across Merton and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include carrying out a wide range of trades work efficiently and within deadlines.
Strong skills in Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, and Floorlaying are essential. A valid UK driving license is required as a company vehicle will be provided. The role is subject to a Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
