Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative with Carpentry and Plumbing experience to join our team. You will deliver first-class service to our properties across Snodland, Wrotham, Rochester, Ashford, and surrounding areas.
The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs across all aspects of their trades and secondary trades. Works should be completed efficiently and within deadlines.
Requirements
- Reliable, experienced Carpenter and Plumber with skills in other trades
- Good customer care skills
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use)
- Eligibility to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available
- Reside in England or Wales during employment
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance
