This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025. We’re seeking an experienced Cleaner to provide a high quality cleaning service to our estates in Merton. In a nutshell, you’ll ensure that the estates are clean, tidy and safe for our residents.
Your duties will include:
- Inspecting and cleaning all communal areas including sweeping and mopping
- External litter picking
- Leaf clearance
- Cleaning bin areas and rotating bins
You will deal with residents courteously and respectfully. The ideal candidate will be customer service focussed with good communication skills and you must hold a full valid UK Drivers License.
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance. You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
