Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Merton and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager you’ll be responsible for pre‑post inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.
- You’ll plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards.
- Undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks.
- Carry out major void inspections and ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
- Member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB.
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.

- You must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment (Clarion does not offer visa sponsorship).
