Salary: £91,695 – £108,889 plus £5,000 Car Allowance per annum, pro rata

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Development Finance and Analysis to join our team in Manchester. The role focuses on leading finance responsibility for major new investment opportunities, including organic development, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, major regeneration scheme tenders, and other growth routes, providing end‑to‑end transaction support across the Central, North and South West regions.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Development Finance Director with high‑level advice and strategic guidance to Group and subsidiary Boards and the Investment Committee on all matters of development finance and investment.
- Deputise for the Development Finance Director as required.
- Collaborate with external advisors, and colleagues in Development, Treasury, Tax, Company Secretariat, Legal and Finance to ensure major projects are appropriately structured and the impact on the Group’s financial position is fully understood.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant, CCAB or equivalent.
- Proven experience in property‑based investment finance.
- Thorough understanding of the housing market, including financial modelling of complex multi‑tenure schemes.
- Ability to add immediate value to the Group’s portfolio.
