Location: Hybrid – Manchester
Salary: £91,695 - £108,889 per annum, plus £5,000 Car Allowance (pro‑rated)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Lead finance responsibility for major new investment opportunities (organic development, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, regeneration scheme tenders, and other growth routes) across Central, North and South West regions
- Provide end‑to‑end transaction support, delivering high‑level advice and strategic guidance to Group and subsidiary Boards
- Support the Development Finance Director in the Investment Committee, deputising when required
- Collaborate with external advisors and internal stakeholders (Development, Treasury, Tax, Company Secretariat, Legal and Finance) to structure major projects and assess their financial impact on the Group
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent)
- Proven experience in property‑based investment finance
- In‑depth understanding of the housing market and demonstrated experience in financial modelling of complex multi‑tenure schemes
- Ability to add immediate value to the Group’s portfolio
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and not require visa sponsorship
- Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
- Hybrid role: expected to work from Manchester office at least 3 days per week and travel to London office as required
