Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
- Consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards.
- Undertaking building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks.
- Carrying out major void inspections and ensuring that work is completed in line with KPIs and making recommendations based on survey findings.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
- Membership of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB.
