Salary: London - £37,854 - £52,051 per annum; National - £34,869 - £47,945 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent/Fixed Term Contract/Secondment

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
  • Consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards.
  • Undertaking building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks.
  • Carrying out major void inspections and ensuring that work is completed in line with KPIs and making recommendations based on survey findings.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB.
  • This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
