Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑inspection and produce reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs
- Consult and engage with customers, leaseholders and internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards
- Undertake building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and associated risks
- Carry out major void inspections and ensure work is completed in line with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 (equivalent)
- Membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB
- Ability to travel across Greater Manchester region as required
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment (no visa sponsorship)
- Must undergo Mandatory Criminal Record Check clearance
