Overview: We’re seeking dedicated Vulnerability Leads to shape and deliver our approach to supporting residents with complex needs across our social housing services. In this pivotal role you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to identify, support and safeguard vulnerable tenants, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements while championing tenant wellbeing and driving improved outcomes.
Responsibilities:
