Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise on antisocial behaviour and legal action for tenancy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with field-based Neighbourhood Officers to investigate and manage cases, ensuring appropriate, cost‑effective, and proportionate action.
  • Manage a caseload of antisocial behaviour cases within a patch area, deciding on the most suitable course of action and ensuring needed support.
  • Liaise with Local Authorities, the Police, and other partners to gather and maintain evidence, conduct visits and interviews, and progress cases to legal action when appropriate.
  • Prepare paperwork and attend or travel to court as required, in agreement with line manager.

Requirements

  • Must be able to travel across the region as required.
  • Basic Criminal Record Check clearance required.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
