Working across a range of high-profile regeneration projects, the role will lead homeowner and leaseholder acquisitions, oversee legal and conveyancing processes, support compulsory purchase activity and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve successful vacant possession. This role requires strong property, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the opportunity to influence major regeneration programmes and deliver positive outcomes for residents and communities.
