Overview
In this role you will lead project information management across Clarion’s development and asset management activities. You’ll supervise BIM operations, ensure information requirements are met, and coordinate data and 3D models across multiple projects. You will support governance, data analysis, and the adoption of new digital workflows within the Operational Team. This is a hybrid, multi-site position with opportunities to shape information delivery and digital design practices at scale.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain BIM operations to meet information requirements
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across software/tools for building and project data
- Review project data, records and 3D models to ensure accuracy and structure
- Support data analysis, reporting and opportunities to introduce new technology and digital practices
- Maintain governance by identifying and escalating non-compliance when needed
- Work with the Operational Team to improve information workflows and asset data delivery
Key requirements
- expert BIM knowledge

- practical knowledge of UK and international BIM standards (ISO 19650)
