We have an exciting opportunity to join our legal team as Principal Litigation Lawyer on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality legal advice on complex litigation and housing management related matters to Clarion Housing Group and its Group partners.
- Manage a team of litigation lawyers, paralegals and legal support officers undertaking litigation and housing management matters and advisory legal work.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
- Significant relevant postāqualification experience in litigation and housing management.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK; must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
- Must be able to travel across the region as required.
