Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid role based at either Corsica Street or Greater London House office in London; expected to work from the office at least two days per week, as well as attending court and in-person meetings as required, and travel across the region as needed.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our legal team as Principal Litigation Lawyer on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality legal advice on complex litigation and housing management related matters to Clarion Housing Group and its Group partners.
  • Manage a team of litigation lawyers, paralegals and legal support officers undertaking litigation and housing management matters and advisory legal work.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
  • Significant relevant post‐qualification experience in litigation and housing management.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the UK; must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
  • Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
  • Must be able to travel across the region as required.
