We're looking for a confident customer‑focused property and tenancy management specialist to join a small, busy team looking after Clarion's market, intermediate and NHS keyworker rental properties across London. You'll be working remotely in and around Clarion properties, whilst any office‑based activities can be done from our Islington office.
The successful candidate will ensure we optimise the customer experience whilst making sure our schemes are safe, well‑maintained spaces that tenants want to live in. The role involves all aspects of lettings, tenancy management and block management. We're facing a period of change with the pending Renters Reform Bill and the new arrangements under the Building Safety Act, so it is an exciting time to be working in residential lettings and joining the Private Rent Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise the customer experience and ensure schemes are safe and well‑maintained.
- Manage all aspects of lettings, tenancy management and block management.
- Work with NHS Trusts and other stakeholders to build effective relationships.
- Provide communication to tenants, including information about shared accommodation matters such as the 'washing up'.
Required Skills & Experience
- Professional and compassionate attitude toward new tenants who may be new to England.
- Self‑motivated, independent work style with strong team‑playing ability.
- Flexible and adaptable to cover team needs during leave and peak periods.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable talking to NHS and tenants alike.
- Able to travel extensively across regions to sites in the portfolio.
- Eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not offered; must reside in England or Wales for duration of employment.
