Role Summary: We're looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a first-class service to properties covering Rainham and surrounding areas.
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs in all specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- Complete works efficiently and within required deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Reliable, experienced trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen & bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring.
- Strong customer care skills.
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only).
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
- Eligible to work in the UK; residence required in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
