Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre/post-inspection and produce reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
  • Consult and engage with customers and leaseholders, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards.
  • Undertake building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and associated risks.
  • Carry out major void inspections and ensure work is completed in line with KPIs, making recommendations based on survey findings.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
  • Member of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB.
  • Ability to travel across the region as required.
  • Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and requirement to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
