Responsibilities
- Conduct pre/post-inspection and produce reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
- Consult and engage with customers and leaseholders, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards.
- Undertake building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and associated risks.
- Carry out major void inspections and ensure work is completed in line with KPIs, making recommendations based on survey findings.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
- Member of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
