Salary: London - £78,024 - £91,791 per annum, pro rata National - £70,221 - £82,613 per annum, pro rata

Overview

We have two exciting opportunities for a Lead Development Finance Analyst to join our team covering the London and South region.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead finance business partner to Clarion's property development business for the respective region, including joint ventures and the strategic land portfolio.
  • Critically analyse commercial appraisals and communicate required amendments to non-accountants.
  • Provide clear advice and guidance to Development Leads to assist in improving financial performance of schemes and act as gatekeepers to commercial appraisals, robustly challenging Development on the numbers contained therein.
  • Occasional travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Proven experience in property development finance.

Additional Information

Hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Camden, London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 or 3 days per week.
